I struggled with stress all my life until I found my way out. I created this blog as a friendly space to raise awareness about the struggles with stress while sharing  ideas that inspired me (and many others) to feel better and become my most authentic version.

Have you ever?

  • Procrastinated
  • Felt body tension
  • Experienced memory loss and difficulty to concentrate
  • Worried about money, weight loss or relationships

I did for many years. Without knowing all of it had a single root cause: anxiety.

Lucky me, I had access to mental health and personal development support. Healing is an important part of the journey.  My psychologist helped me to name my struggle, that's when I got diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).

Oh my GAD!

Being able to name my struggle helped to get better. I believed I could feel better so I invested time and money in therapy, CBT, mindfulness, healthy eating habits, journaling, courses and coaching.

Spoiler alert! → It worked, I felt better ☀️. I believe that when you know what you want and you work smart, you'll get it.

An unexpected outcome was to discover  how little people around me knew about personal development practices. I saw many struggling, so I shared my findings with family and friends. They saw results too.

Then I couldn’t stop. Because I knew YOU were out there struggling as I did.

That's why I created this space to raise awareness about the struggles with stress, while sharing  ideas that inspired me to feel better and become my most authentic version.

Once you understand how to stop stressing out (a.k.a. living in auto-pilot). You’ll start to be mindfully productive and act with intention.

You can be happy on your own terms.

Remember this is a journey 🚲 not a destination. If you get tired or overwhelmed  that’s okay!! You can pause ☕️ and enjoy at any time you need it.

Be kind. Keep Learning. Stay Happy.
